Airtel Broadband Customer Support

So my friend needs to shift two of his Airtel Broadband connections from one place to another. He files a request on Friday morning.

He checks the status in the evening to hear that no request has been filed in the past. He files the request once again.

He checks on Saturday morning to find out that both the previous requests are missing. He files them again.

Same thing happens in the evening. Same thing happened on Monday morning.

I checked on his behalf today and found that the latest complaint they had in record was the one filed on Monday morning. Those guys simply have no records of the previous requests. I gave them the complaint Ids and they simply do not exist in their system.

What could be going wrong with their system? Are they set to auto-destruct requests randomly? Seems like that.
