Vodafone spams about anti-spam features

Vodafone just spam called me to tell me about a new feature on their service. This service has been designed to protect me from unwanted spam calls.

So, they want me to pay them 99 rupees monthly to set up a black list of numbers from which I do not want to receive calls. And I have to pay I think 50 paisa for adding every number to this list!

Considering, we already have National-Do-Not-Call registry in place, Vodafone should be taken to task by TRAI…

This is simply wrong.

Vodafone is a “chor” company. They are trying to leverage the loophole in TRAI’s policy by trying to make money out of the DNC. Shame on TRAI for not being able to control telecom companies.
