I gave th I-POD to M/s.Suntrek, Anna Nagar, Chennai who is your authorised dealer. I was told that he will replace the set. But to my surprise, on 11.03.08, he called me and told that the set cannot be replaced since it is damaged. I have bought the set only before 3 months and it cannot be replaced which is within the warrenty period.it spoils the image of the product and company. The I-POD is 4 GB -NANO.Now it is not working. I gave th I-POD to
M/s.Suntrek, Anna Nagar, Chennai who is your authorised dealer. I was
told that he will replace the set. But to my surprise, on 11.03.08, he called
me and told that the set cannot be replaced since it is damaged.

I have bought the set only before 3 months and it cannot be replaced
which is within the warrenty period.it spoils the image of the product and
company.

Hence I request you to kindly arrange to replace the set .

An early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

Already the sales number shows a lot of these handsets missing translating that it has sold a hell a lot of unlocked phones. I expect Apple releasing unlocked iPhones like in france and germany,but they do have locked service providers. As time wears off Apple will achieve a strong sales in its Mac pipeline(growin very fast) and would want to make a strong presence internationally. Then we could see something tangible in Indian market. Locking phones is not a good model in india as the call tariffs are bloody cheap. iPhone will not be released in India with any service provider.
