		<description>Danesh,

The Wii will work on your Indian TV. UK video is configured to PAL video system, same as India.

In any case, most modern TV's allow you to switch from PAL to NTSC (US), so the same TV automatically selects the video signal and changes accordingly. I have a Sony TV, and I use an NTSC HD Camera, and several PAL devices without a hitch.

Enjoy it. Unless your Nintendo is modded, you will need to purchase games configured to the UK. This means US region codes will not work.

Also, double check the voltage conversion. I am not sure if UK and India run the same voltage. Get a converter to convert Indian 220v to UK's voltage specs.

Hope this helps.

P.S: For those having problems running Wii Sports games, please make sure you run the same region code of the gaming console and CD.

<description>How do I change my TV video type to NTSC?
It is in build feature in TV. Just go through options/Manual of your TV.You can find it.

		<description>Hi:

I recently purchased a US wii in Walmart. Other than the Voltage converter this one caught my attention "you will also have to change the video type on your TV to NTSC format"

How do I change my TV video type. Any help is appreciated. I have a Panasonic Color TV (India).

Thanks

<description>A US Wii will work in India with a voltage converter, at most, you will also have to change the video type on your TV to NTSC format.

However, keep in mind that you need to purchase game titles that are coded for the US region.</description>
