A hilarious board I saw on the Ring Road in Delhi.

Translation for people who does not understand Hindi:

In response to anti-dowry laws.
If your wife blackmails (troubles) you.
Do call us.
Just call/contact us. No need to meet us.
Address/Telephone Number

Looks like a help service for guys who are being mishandled (??) by their wives who knows the laws too well. The laws in India are generally favorable to Women. Though they would contest our belief.
