Why are there a lot of Apple rumor sites and none (or maybe I have not heard about any of them) related to Microsoft?

The answer perhaps is that Microsoft likes to talk first and do later. And most of the time they deliver less than what they talked about in the first place.

And that is the reason why they disappoint. With Apple, there is no expectations on what they are going to give. And what they give seems to be quite impressive anyways.
