Ok. Here is the obligatory post on Ramu Jee Ki AAG.
The movie sucks no doubt. It has nothing. Absolutely nothing that makes it worth watching.
Amitabh Bachchan does not look scary for one second in the movie. The only scene where I was somewhat shaken were the screens where he is cutting the fingers of Mohanlal. But those were because of the thoughts of spending a lifetime with no fingers!
Casting Mohanlal I think was a bad decision. He just does not look convincing enough. Even managed to make me laugh with his bad Hindi. LOHA GARAM HAI. DUH I say.
Ajay Devgan. No idea why he did this film. He is too old to be playing this kind of a role. Sad chemistry with Nisha Kothari. No idea why Ramu keeps on casting her in his movies. GO is coming soon with her in yet another sensual role. Bad acting.
Prashant Raj Sachdev… Who is he? Anyways, he was somewhat better at playing the role Amitabh played in the Sholay. But he messed up big time in the major scenes especially when he is talking about the marriage of Devgan with Kothari with her mom.
Sushmita Sen performs well. But looks artificial in some scenes.
I absolutely hate Sushant Singh. He is yet another favorite of Ramu. Gets a role in most of his major movies.
Rajpal Yadav? Duh. He is becoming the new Johnny Lever. Bad roles. Bad acting.
The ONLY SAVING GRACE in the movie is Urmila Matondkar. Oh boy. She is fantastic. She is gorgeous. She is HOT! At least in the 10 minutes she gets in the movie!
Abhishek Bachchan comes in the package with his dad as usual in this movie too. Does not look convincing enough as the gypsy singer. But the 5 second scene with his dad was freaking awesome. I guess I just like to see those two guys in one frame interacting with each other!
I forgot to mention Suchitra Krishnamurthy. She gets a minor role in the movie. And she continues to impress. My Wife’s Murder had her and she did a good job in that movie too. And I think she is kinda cute.

now all who said rgv is better than farhan akhtar would have to eat their words. see farhan’s don and see rgv’s aag, from dutta to rgv,everyone attempted, only far han succeeded.
rgv only copies, farhan remade just oen movie, also eh doesn’t take help of violence and mindless nudity to make his film popular.
