Nicotine Patches!

It’s a shame that the nicotine patches are absolutely impossible to find in the Indian market. Even more absurd are the prices I see online.

100 bucks for a single patch as per articles I saw online. No wonder we prefer to smoke instead! My friend from UK tells me that patches there are cheaper compared to Cigs.

Now, please don’t tell me that I am trying to be cheap by avoiding spending money on something that can save my life! I am just talking figuratively…

Anyways, can anyone tell me where I can get them in and around Gurgaon/Delhi?

Your friend from UK, has give you right information about patches being cheaper than cigarettes. But you've taken it the wrong way.

A pack of 20s Benson Ciggies Cost you about 4-5 pounds in London, which converts to Rs. 430-450 INR.

Plus a pack of the cheapest patches cost you around 13 pounds GBP.

Also patches reduces your hunger, and make you feel depressed all day long. Not really advisable. The best way to quit is to go cold turkey. Or take up jogging. When you really work hard to fill up your lungs with fresh, morning air you wouldn't have the heart to fill it with fumes of smoke again.

Trust me, patches all the way. To do it cold turkey you need to have the kind of willpower that only exists in theory.
