One of the two Nokia phones at my home has the battery which would need to be replaced by the company.
I applied for it online. Was pretty simple and straightforward. Now, it would be interesting to see how soon Nokia delivers the new battery!

Update: Nokia has stated that they are going to fulfill all the requests by September 15. I have doubts. Let’s see!

I applied online 20 days back, my battery was eligible of replacement….but till now i have recd. nothing. If the phone explodes in the mean who will be the responsible????????? and i can’t do my business without my mobile. I use CDMA phone so there is no scope of changing SIM to other hand set.

If the phone explodes in the mean who will be the responsible????????? and i can’t Live without my mobile.I may wait max for one week after which i m to fill a court case via consumer care.

Myself and my co-worker had registered for battery replacement within 2-3 minutes difference on 2007-08-19. Whereas nokia sends battery through courier within one week to my co-worker and not for me. After visiting my registration status, the status table shows the battery is in delivery on 2007-08-20 and on one more entry is there on date 2007-10-15 without any status report and battery is not reached to me till date. After enquiring the customer service, they asked me to visit nokia contact centre in the list they have provided. When I visited the nearest center, they informed that the replacement process in not done here and you have to go to some other centre. It is must to treat all the customers equally by sending the batteries to their address by courier. Already we are cheated by nokia and agian they are cheating by providing wrong details.

I am manu here, I had submitted the online application form for replacing my Bl-5c battery of Nokia mobile and it informed that the new battery will despatch soon. But even after 6 months also i didn’t receive any battery or any reply from nokia. several times i got SMS from nokia to contact the nerest service centre for replacing of battery. But when i approached them, they told ,”since you applied online,we can’t replace battery here,and wait for the courrier”. An internationally reputed company like Nokia is cheating the public by giving bogus advts and debates about the replacement of their faulty battery. Now how we can trust nokia and its products and god only knows when our cell phone become Dynamite due to faulty design.

I had submited my batery no through online since 7th month later, but till now there is no confirmation on any replace battery come to me. After we meet to nokia service center they people are told to me that your battery no already attached through online we can’t do anything.
So can you give any suggestion regarding this matter & tell me how i will get replaced battery.
