Insanity Rediscovered

I was driving back from Delhi today and had this freakish incident. I was driving pretty fast and saw this parrot sitting on the road. It was right on my path and I thought it would fly away on time.

But it did not. And I ended up taking a hard turn around it with reflex action. It was a pretty bad driving decision at that speed and I almost had an accident. Nothing happened fortunately.

Now, I am not sure if that was my inexperience or what. I had totally not expected it to stay there.

Was it on a suicide mission?
