Hey you guys, i believe, are only here to criticize PVR and other good companies who gives us the best movie experience. Seems you want to watch movies in best of cinemas and without spending money. If you are so money conscious, why do you prefer PVR then, why dont you watch movies in other single screen theatre where prices are cheap and you will get the best popcorn there. To criticize someone is the easiest job in this world. Please...........please...........please dont be negative, see the positive aspect there too.

One thing you people dont understand is we are in India. Secondly if you want to protest PVR or any business for thier unethical, unprofessional, bad support or product/service DONT just blog, stop giving business to them. And tell that you are GONNA stop visiting again to the manager or supervisor in the business centre when you leave. One or two instance they will ignore, later when customers drop they will learn.

I have had a terrible experience in PVR @Forum bangalore. Initially, when PVR launched around 2 years back in Bangalore, I got in on time around 5 min before the movie, I was made to wait because they said cleaning in progress and was made t wait.
Even after 20 min, we were not let in. so I thought of going out and have snack and come back in but surprisingly the security did not let me out saying that they will not let me in if I go out now!!!. I had to argue with the security guys who were extremely rude.

Coming to the service which is very poor , the ticket seller in PVR behaves as though he is some govt org and is not even bothered answer your queries and you need to bow down to these people to give some proper information. Not to mention that the ticket seller was extremely rude as well.

Smaller theaters without the high ambiance provides better service.
