Washing cloths in a Fully Automatic Washing Machine?
It’s still not that easy. You still have to do a lot of hard work. Learn the functions of the machine…
Separate white clothes from colored ones. Separate dark colored clothes from light colored ones.
Check the pockets of all the clothes in case there are metallic objects lying inside them (coins etc.).
Make logical bunches of these already separate batches of clothes to wash in one cycle.
Pick the option that you hope would not end up damaging/burning the clothes!
Put in the clothes, press the required buttons, start the process.
Now, start preying that nothing go wrong during the entire process!
I guess, Fully Automatic is still not automatic enough…
And I think I am surely missing out on some real important steps.
I would be right back. Need to go upstairs and see what I did with three of my favorite tee-shirts…

My dear Sushubh,
I will not stand by and not defend the magical thing thats a washing machine (fully automatic &otherwise). My life revolves around this amazing invention that has made sure that I didnt wash clothes for the past 5 years. To say that I have forgotten to wash clothes is an understatement.
Whats with learning the functions of the machine? You hit ON & ENTER; the fuzzy logic takes care of the rest! THIS from a guy who’s hosted my new website…hehehe….
Separate the colours? I dont do that. No wonder my clothes sometimes are stained!!! As for checking the pockets, last I counted, I had ‘washed’ my wallet, my house keys & the door mat, by accident… I dont really care.
Still, I love my washing machine and cant live without it. Its kept me off the bathroom floor for years and by god, its going to be this way for the rest of its life

since we have acquired a fully automatic, suddenly there is a quantum leap in the dirty clothes in our household or possible we have become cleanliness conscious, thanks to our fully automatic, and i have rechristened it “dhobi ka kutta”
