Conax Conditional Access on Zee Dish TV
I got a six month long free package on purchasing the Zee Dish TV package. Now, I guess that package would essentially include all the channels Zee has to offer other than let’s say some specific premium channels and movies on demand.
But just days after I got the installation done, several channels have stopped working with the screen showing me an error message saying: ‘Conax Conditional Access’.

I renewed my subscription for Dish MAXI package 2 weeks ago, but the package kept appearing as “Freedom Plus for more than a week, whereas in my ” Statement of Account” it clearly says that the package is updated on 4th Jan. 2008 to Dish TV MAXI. Finally the package name is now changed to MAXI.
Now the problem is that for more than 6 days I’m unable to watch the channels that I’ve paid for, and it is really frustrating that no one is responding to my queries/ emails that I’m sending to report the problems that I’m facing from the day I renewed my subscription. My account is been debited for the MAXI package while I cannot watch the channels.
I’m still having “Conditional Access 101″ and “No Access” messages at my screen for most of the channels like all Star TV Channels, National Geographic, Discovery, Animal Planet, History, Zone Reality, HBO, AXN, SAB, MAX, ETC, Travel & Living, Zee Sports etc. and specialy the KIDS channels (in particular ” POGO” channel, which is one of the main reasons I’d installed this service for my kid).
Although I tried the steps that their Customer Care people mentioned to turn on the decoder for 2 - 4 Hrs and kept it tuned to Zee News (channel 550), but it produced no results - and still the same. So far I’ve sent around 15 - 17 emails to their Customer Care and I keep on receiving the same replies that they’ve refreshed the signals and I shoudl be having the service in max 24 hrs.

i have dish maxi package some reason i have closed my account now i open my card plz tell me how i can open my card my card number is 015-0178-2275-8 serial number is 06d4abf43ds00336 model number is cd-1004-is i am from pakistan plz tell me soon bye

I have installed dishtv in my apartment bldg. and havent used it for few months after installation but recently when switched on i get the conax 101 no access message on screen? Ne brillant ideas of how this is fixed or how long does it take? i have tried calling customer care but its all about keeping the box on for few hrs and doesnt seem to be getting me ne where?
please advice
