Onion Cap Pizza, Mushroom topped Footlong,Veg Burger,Chicken Kathi roll,cokes and some other stuff was ordered. Everything took eternity to arrive and then when we wanted to finish with the famed Icecreams, they were all topped with crystals in the showcase and as luck would have it,there was one solitary Nutty Buddy sticking out of an Oasis, and dear daughter said OK for it, but now the dismal part happens, while I pay my bill for which Rs 2 was to be taken back as balance the cashier shouts across to the crew "change nahi hai,sardar ko thodi extra Ice cream dal de".I told him its OK,but does he know Nutty Buddy is preprepared and thoda extra icecream cannot go over it... Training in operations as well soft skills required or the other fast food chains will not let them survive, but I actually wonder are they actually at the mercy of the likes of Hot Millions etc especially in Chandigarh.
