For once the indians were quicker..Jassi jaisi Koi nahin was adapted from the Colombian Betty La fea way before the americans got around to copying it..

I liked Ugly Betty very much. But I think JJKN was concieved and aired a long time before the Engligh version - yes, both the shows are identical, even upto the good looking boss (only in UB, pls)
