Airtel Broadband hate Ubuntu users?
For the zillionth time today I faced problem accessible Ubuntu servers while using Synaptics.
Especially these two servers:
US.ARCHIVE.UBUNTU.COM
ARCHIVE.UBUNTU.COM

It is now confirmed that some Ubuntu domains are still not working on Airtel Broadband in at least some sectors
I have been unable to find any more updates to Ubuntu. Looks like I am already upgraded to Ubuntu 7.10...

Same! Same! I’ve been bugging both Airtel and Ubuntu Forums users about this, without success.
Use the Japanese mirror. Works flawlessly. There’s also a mirror at the IIT Madras website, but it’s frequently down. Also, there’s a website called UK Mirror Service that mirrors repositories for major Linux distros.
