ICICI Bank Cheating Customers?
I am really getting sick of ICICI. I finally managed to get the bank to issue me a temporary Card so that I can carry my online transactions.
They charged me for this temporary card though the online banking guys assure me that the charges would be reversed back.
Sounds fine. The funny thing is…
My old card which works fine and should work fine for the next couple of years was issued originally in the month of October.
This means that the bank charged me the usual yearly fees for that card in September 2006. So, I have paid for the card for the period October 2006-2007.
Now, THE BANK decides to issue me a card because they think that their original card is not secure enough. And they force me to move on to that card. And they fail to deliver me that card. And they charge me for a temporary card (I am yet to get the amount reversed to my account). And without even delivering me the card, they have again charged me the Debit Card fees earlier this month.
So for the service I have already paid off till September this year, I am paying them again in April. This thing calls for a lawsuit. For deficiency of service. For fraud. For creating a nuisance for the end customer. For being stupid. For being a pain in the ass.

the message was delivered to me by the bank itself through icici's net banking service.
no agent was involved. no verbal promises. everything is in writing on their own online banking service.
btw, why would i want to take someone else's wife? we all know what kind of trouble women become when they become wife!

The other banks on my blacklist? Stan C, HSBC, ABN Amro(they are the worst), Citibank (DEFINITELY!) .

After writing to them 2-3 times they have the guts or cheapness or pure stupidity to admit that they revealed a/c information to my mother.
So far I am at first level of complaint and will be carrying it thru the 4 levels before I approach the Banking Ombudsman, let's see what happens or if they've fixed things.

in 2002 to 2003 i recieved a creditcard to my home and never used but i got debitted from my icici savings a/c for 1000,2000,and lastly 18500,i went to the home branch and asked them what kind of debit is this ?they told as using ur credit card they debitted to ur a/c, soon i closed the a/c.
then after 6 months i opened a new c/a for biz n company name it was running with lot of their debittance but i did nt looked after it coz busy with my biz,recently i got debitted of Rs 15460,i got shocked and asked to bank people ,they said its
about ur credit card,now as per advice of my advocate i have to claim for inr 100000.my advocate informed this to media people and many associations and also contacting to whom suffered from icici bank.

after months I have sent to the final 4th or 5th stage with no reply from anyone at any level. Their compalints process I suppose is to tire down people until they forget.
Now they are cheating outright, though my loan is for 18 months and it ended in April,08 they sent amil saying I owe them. When I asked for the details they are asking me to give them a huge number of details some nonsense and go to their office, which will take me one whole day.
They dont want to post and are asking all personal info on email as a security check which is dangerous to me.
So now I will not complain to the Banking Ombudsman but will be filing criminal cases of Fraud, cheating, Breach of trust etc
I hope they take money next month too from my A/C - it will prove they are cheats that much better.
Can anyone supply me names and addresses (email & postal) of the CEO, MD, MD for Vehicle finance as I want to send them letters before I take action.
This is going to be a problem initially I know so I am going slow but will I have fun dragging all of them to court.

Jun-2008, I have insured my home loan amount with premium of 33,000/-I have paid that amount through the HSBC credit card on 19-Jun-2008.
Till today (05-Aug-2008) I didn’t receive any response from ICICI bank or the agent who has mediated this transaction.
I had called agent for several times and every time he is postponing the policy papers.
I fed up with your service to the customer and hence I decided to go for cancellation of policy. Today I request for the cancellation of the policy.
Iwould like to know how much refund amount i am going go get, If I am not going to receive the full amount(33,000/-) what have paid towards the premium, I wanted to approach legally with ICICI Lombard.
pls suggest me in this regard.
