Cricketers and Taxes
Just read in news today that our beloved Mr. Sachin Tendulkar paid around Rs. 5 crores in taxes this year. I am no mathematician but this much amount in taxes would mean around Rs. 20 crores in income. Does not make sense to me. 
As per Wikipedia:
Sachin signed a deal worth Rs. 180 crores last year for a period of three years with Saatchi and Saatchi. I guess he has too many business expenses or maybe I am missing a very simple fact here! After all I am no good at saving taxes.

a high profile man does work out with white tax and black tax.It cant be just Rs.20 crores..there are other indirect and complicated sources from which he receives crores but he doesn’t show that source..maybe by bribing the officials.
