Damn you Citibank

I had a feeling that Citibank was at fault for my misplaced Credit Card payment check earlier this month. Now, I have some proof…

DGIR had found that both banks (Citibank, HSBC) were allegedly delaying delivery of bills and realisation of cheques toward payment just to charge increased interest rate, late fee and fine etc.

I totally know this, I use both these banks and hdfc too and each time I pay extra for the delay they cause in the first place.

Citibank sucks man ...i just wish that someone sues them and wins the case.I have had numerous issues with them.

..my citibank credit account was closed 7 years ago.. I even have the proof about the payment and closure. Citibank emailed me now stating that have 2 lakhs due..I am convienced to some extent that citibank officials in India have been involved in such scams, its not a system error or mistake.. I can not give all the details here, we are filing a case against them.. I heard from some of the folks in discussion groups similar things happened to them in past.. I am surprised why no one in raising any voice..

The citibank recently despatched my new card to my old address of several years ago, closed my old card without bothering to check whether I have received the new one, did not credit a payment and charged me late fees and interest and lots more.
Their front end executives are as ignorant as a first grade.
I am done with after more than 20 years of expectation from them
