Checked out Chevrolet Spark and Renault Logan at showrooms
So we went to both the Chevrolet and Renault showrooms to check out the two new cars launched in the Indian market.
I was more interested in checking out Spark and I ended up getting disappointed. I did not like the build quality of the car.
Interiors are pretty disappointing. I am not sure why I felt like that but I certainly have lost all my appetite to get this car. The car does look pretty neat from outside.
Renault Logan was pretty interesting. Extremely good value for money. Interiors are practical and the car is very spacious. Build quality was average. Not interested again.

I am planning to go for logan or Aveo U-VA very shortly . would someone suggest me if its worth buying this car pls and which one is the best.

I own a spark ps 1.0 model and I feel I made a great choice.I purchased it from regent automobiles ltd., delhi and I feel their service is much better than the service provided by any maruti or hundai showroom. I was looking for ps model in icy blue but it was unavailable in all the showrooms I inquired but regent dealer arranged one for me. I bought it on 1/2/2008.
Now about the car. Even thought it looks small from outside but inside its quite spacious. The engine is very silent and pickup is excellent.

Hi I’ve bought a Spark 3 months back. Though from driving point of view I’m quite satisfied but there has been an awkward dicky noise which propagates more in roads with some undulations. After repeated complaints to the dealer in Calcutta, they finally agreed to check my car dicky but said nothing can be done as it seems to be an design fault. They have been reciving this complaint from many Spark owners.
I would like to know if anybody else have this dicky noise problem and how it can be brought to GM notice. Simply calling up GM office in Gurgaon will not have any effect !
