I am disappointed with ICICI
I have been an ICICI Bank customer for around 6-7 years now. I have been mostly satisfied with them considering I do not have to visit the bank very often. However, when you do… you are terribly disappointed.
Especially with the dude who would not listen to your complaint and would direct you to call the call center. Everyone knows that getting someone human to respond to your call in a call center (especially a big one as the ICICI’s) is a tough task.
I ended up going to the dude whom I have dealt with in the past and he helped me with my problem. I guess the company needs to get everyone in their team who communicates with the end customer listen to the complete problem before suggesting a useless solution.
