I live in Australia and its hardly a secret that a lot of white Australian girls are crazy aout Malinga. Many Aussie girls know nothing about cricket, but they know who Malinga is. I think cricket needs colourful characters like Lasith Malinga.
And yeah, hes a great bowler. Noting illegal aout his action. He is a classic slinger, like Australia's Jeff Thompson. Myonlyconcern is that his action can cause him long term injuries. Those can be prevented through exercises and rest. I'd hate to see Malinga having his career cut short y injuries like it did to Big Jeff

Take a look at his bowling action in slo-mo, Malinga's arm is almost parallel to the ground thus making it completly straight at the time of release. Logic would tell us that in order to throw one must ben their elbow and straighten it.
