I have tried this numbers more than 50 times but no one responded. The email also same, no one reply to your query. Ultimately they wait for the time which exceed the time to cancel the ticket or the chart preparation so that they can claim no refund. This IRCTC is on contractual basis with Indian Railway and Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav has announced a huge turn over (profit) from Indian Railways with these contractors (who one way fraud the customers) and making Indian Railways rich. I hate this system and these people for being so irresponsible. If IRCTC says, the numbers were busy attending calls, then they should make sure of hiring more lines and people to assist their customer. I am soory to remind Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav that India's population is now over 100 Crore and most of the passengers are traveling by Indian Railway and IRCTC is the only E-Ticket provider for entire country and has only 6 (six) telephone lines and two email ids to support the customers or travelers.
