my one tiket which pnr no. 4503549738 iscanlled in date 05-08-2007 but it was not a cancel in booked history is telling confermed . the is coming error please canceeld my ticket and cash as been credit on my card.

Iam unable to cancel two e-tickets that i have booked. Everytime i click the "cacel E-ticket" link, i get a message saying "Unable to retrieve due to communication failure ". Please do something about it. My train is scheduled for tomorrow, I have to cancel the ticket before that. The transaction ID is 0032928176....please do the needful...
