Sacking Chappell is not a solution

We might blame the captain and the coach for using the wrong players in matches. We might blame them for poor strategy. But they are not alone responsible for what happened in the West Indies.

Sure, you can sack Greg Chappell. But then I think his contract with the Indian cricket team is already over. Sacking Rahul Dravid would silence some people. But the end solution lies in showcasing the reality to the entire team.

They cannot take their job for granted. If you do not perform, you would be sacked. And if you are sacked, you would lose all the privileges which you gain when you represent the Indian team at the international level.

Yes. You would not gain that SHOE DEAL.
