Umm what if? For India in the World Cup



Bermuda wins against Bangladesh.

And India’s run rate is better than both Bangladesh and Bermuda.

It is very possible. ;)

    I think India will be out since Bangladesh beat them head to head. I don’t know if the first tie breaker is the net run rate of head to head.

    I hope Bermuda beats Bangladesh……

    umm you are forgetting one thing.

    if bermuda wins.

    india, bangladesh and bermuda. all would have one win against each other. so they cannot decide the winner based on who won against whom.

    that means, run rate would matter.

    If Bermuda wins against Bangladesh (which would be odd) then India will reach the Super Eight, I think Bermuda cannot get near NRR of India. Though after today’s defeat, I don’t trust Indian Cricket team for anything. I am not sure whether I would follow any Indian cricket down the line. I was extremely disappointed in senior players the likes of Dravid(for team selection), Tendulkar(for scoring a lots of runs today :) ).

    I got this Team India Tshirt ordered from Amazon and wore that in office today to look stupid in the end. Anyways it is a game, somebody have to lose (Trying to soothe myself)

    For all billion people in India, we all have to pray to our 18 million Gods for Bermuda to win now.
