Water Water Water!
Finally, we got our water supplies back. It was supposed to resume yesterday itself but I guess the people in between took away our share of the supplies leaving us with a few minutes worth of tap water.
It was also nice to see Gurgaon people protesting against the government for such lousy treatment. And it was also not so nice to see the government suspending an official who was blamed for the delay in the resuming of the supplies.
Not so nice why?
The dude would be back at his post in a couple of days. No one learns a lesson from this fiasco. Water is an ESSENTIAL requirement of our daily needs. Damn, you do not realize the important of water when you have it in abundance. You do not take 3-4 days to fix some machinery to resume water supplies to people living in the city which is called the Singapore of India!
It’s not surprising that Shekhar Kapur is making a movie on Water named Paani. Damn, the dude blogs! However, he uses Movable Type… hmm. And he seems to be using a NIKON D1X digital camera for personal trips…
I now know I can do some real nasty stuff to get my share of water!
