Had Shane Warne won the “man of the series” award in Cricket World Cup-1999? If yes then howcome two awards viz. “player of the tournament” and “man of the series” were distributed. Has this phenomenon occured only once in Cricket World Cup history?

Has Shane Warne “man of the series” award in Cricket World Cup-1999? If yes then I think 1999 is the only year in which two such awards were distributed viz. “man of the series” and “player of the tournament”, right?
