Nicotine deaddiction programmes are okay but smoking is a human right. It cannot be stopped by force. Punish all those who cause passive smoking by all means but leave it to the smokers to decide whether or not to smoke. Governments round the world are unfairly taxing smokers instead of persuading hardcore smokers to moderate/regulate their smoking and quit the habit if the doctor strongly recommends it.
