i have airtel in darya ganj, new delhi for broadband and telephone. the bills had nt been coming for over 7 months. i raised several complaints during this period and they always said that it will come in the next month. the bills never got printed so their computers never showed outstandings so the lines were never disconnected. now the thing is that the bills have come, all 8 together with an amount of Rs.14000. The best part is that the due date is IMMEDIATE and their so called recovery team is visiting me and harrassing me every day over phone as well.

i have put an fir against them for torture, extortion, harassment, verbal abuse. they have been booked. onfe of their officials was jailed because when the SHO of my area called him, he thought it was a joke and treated it lightly and abused him as well, over the phone. he has been released on bail. but the matter is heated and interesting. i am enjoying it!
