And the Fiesta 1.6 drives so swee-eet. It has the same engine prolly as the Fusion 1.6, methinks.
Of course the Aveo does have some vibration issues that makes the drive quality sub par.

The Aveo is not a Chevy car, it is the Daewoo Kalos. The parent company of both is GM, so they decided to brand it as a Chevy to piggy back on the good name Chevy had earned with the Optra.

German engineered Fiesta against a Daewoo Kalos. You are kidding me! Check the NCAP (European safety ratings). Fiesta gets 4/5. Kalos will be lucky if it gets 1.5. If you love to drive and go for a german engineered car or at least some sort of european car (Japanese cars are tin boxes and are not safe with an exception of Subaru and may be a Honda Accord).

hi….i am an aveo owner.but slightly disappointed bcoz i used esteem with 85 ps power n had expected aveo 1.6 will out perform esteem .but none happened.i wil love to say fiesta is a drivers vehichle.but in high ways Aveo rocks.but at very high speeds,ie above 100,slight vibrations makes de driver alil nervous.so others go for fiesta.fiesta holds gold in any thing but not for de looks.in looks n space,interiors ,Aveo can b e appriciated a lot…..

i hate to knock on yalls lil cars but they suck i sure wouldnt want to go 100mph in a tiny tin can, i didnt know they would go over 50. further more of course its goin viberate the because the motor is strainin to hard. then u got the safety issue with the aveo gm recently gave it a poor safety rating in a rear end empact. they may b good on gas but i wouldnt get an aveo or fiesta. always stick to your bigger vehicles or lil trucks now that is sumthin to talk bout. i hate all tiny cars, my x girl friend had an aveo and that thing viberated at 65. i couldnt imagine getin in a wreck in it. she finaly got smart an got rid or the death trap. and got a honda accord i liked it and it had the power and gas milage
