Hero Honda: CBZ Xtreme or CBZ Fusion?
One commentator on my blog rightly said that Hero Honda should have named their newest CBZ version as CBZ Fusion rather than CBZ Xtreme considering it’s more like a fusion of design elements of other bikes already present in the Indian market. It looks like a combo of Hero Honda Ambition and TVS Apache to me.

CBZ xtreme is not a big dissapointment but it will increase the sales of the company and as compared to Apache it far better than that it will create a carze in the market………………….. If anyone is not satisfied with me then no prob but WAIT N WATCH FOR THE FUTURE……………………..

did u guys hv a look on tech specs a 2 bhp rise in poer.. n it has almost all dose features of old cbz… how come u gonan compare shits like pulsar 150 n apaches wid cbz’s performance..
and abt looks.. ya its a bit fukd up design wid awesome tail lamps.. n front beepers… wew it looks awesome in showroom go n watch it once… the snaps taken arent so good…
n ya once again performance rocks n cbz lovers get a cbz again in da market.. an option to get one if they never had..

We were expecting a bigger vehcile. A 250 cc bike with honda cbr looks.
yes if these were the expectations its a mass disappointment.
CBZ was, is and will remain as a Master piece. hands-down.

This surely is a dissappointin bike regardin its design only the engine looks preety good to me. I would recommend the HH to take out the whole fibre pannel n let the bike come wid the tank, seat, head lite, an all necessary stuff cause it seems that HH’s r ratteled by the way the bajaj’s r comin out wid their new goodlookin bike’s in the market. I was excited on seeing the promos of this bike n dreamed of its fantistic shape but after viewing its images on the net i got really dissapointed i always appreciated HH’s on the way they made their bikes in all section also the looks but all credits to Bajaj pulsar that broke the back bone of HeroHonda.I was goin to sell my Pulsar n Buy The CBZ X-treme my parents were also ready but it seems like i gotta use my same bike till HH’s bring out a new model in the market

hey all bikers it was really a big dissapontment for those who die for CBZ looks, CBZextreme is downthumbed in looks but if we talk about tech. specifications its still the leader in 150cc catagory,i dont know what now i m going to see in new cbz as i was waiting from last 5months for this bike to be in my garage but not i m confused just by looks. Company has put down that marvel in ugly look the same look nearly all 150cc bikes r carrying right now.
Please somebody tell Hero Honda to bring that old look back in new cbz
now i dont know what to buy????

Some people say higher capacity bikes are not in India because HH people have made Indians mins-set to go for 100cc always. But what abt. Bajaj guys.
HH created 100cc segment with CD 100, than 150cc with CBZ and 225cc segment with Karitzma. U can see a jump of 50cc than 75cc.
Ambition was a bad decition by HH a 135cc.
But look at Idiots in Bajaj.
They craeted a Segment of 115 with caliber hudibaba.
They craeted a Segment of 112 with new discover.
They creates a Segment of 180 with pulsar.
Very Poor decision because none of this segments are recoganized as a segment.
And now HH is coming with a segment of 250 and not bajaj.

People say HH are porn to versioning and people made fun like when will they launch CBZ X-treme ++. Same thing was told abt. Splendor and Passion too.
But look all the variant of a bikes in HH are in same segment except Splendor 100 & 125.
But Bajaj launch different variants in different category example pulsar 150,180,220 and discover 125,112
HH create different look and feel for every bike in different category even splendor + is different from super splendor.
But both discover’s look same except the Engine and pulsar too.
Now thay have given a black painted look to differentiate pulsar 150 & 180.
Any ways I appretiate P 220 Dts-Fi its quite different but lots of things are copied from karitzma eg. Static Visor.

i am a die heart fan of HH bikes and cbz has been my dream bike, but cbx xtreme has dissappointed me alot, surely it is not goig to boom the market. its design is not so eye ctching as was of the previous model. I suggest the HH to release the CBZ again in the same old model but with the latest features like alloy wheels, self start and multireflector head lamps.

…it looks exteremely ugly out of shape just as was the glamour….not something one can digest at first glance..i havent ridden the bike …’.only thing that sounds good is the 14.2 bhp power..but that too comes at 8500rpm..hav to rev it quite hard……..lets hope it translates to a good 120kmph on the road so that we can hav a cruising speed of 100-110 kmph…

Belive it or not CBZ Xtreme is gonna the bike of the year.
It lovely looks and POWERFul engine is the key.
I had test rided Apache, Suzuki-Zeus and Pulsar 180cc, but these bikes cant make it to what CBZ X has come up with.
Apache is a small bike, its almost copied from pulsar, its a kiddie bike.
Zeus is ok, but not stylish or power. Pulsar 180cc is powerful and good looking, but its tail design really SUCKZ.
CBZ X tail is degisned superbly. Its gonna really ROCK.

Belive it or not CBZ Xtreme is gonna the bike of the year.

honestly speaking i wud hav loved to see bajaj become the No.1 in india.. after wat rajeev bajaj said last month … but sadly they have been well u cud say got kicked in the ass…. and i believe CBZ-x which hasnt been even released on the road has already hurting the pulsars!!!

For those whom design matters then there is no end to decide a bike. Look for quality, what it has. I made this mistake going for design. CBZ Xtreme is the best looking bike 2daty..bechara boodha thakela pulsar sirf aawaaz karta hai (only sound) Bajaj has taken the Indian consumer on a ride on pulasrs by harping and hyping abt unwanted and unnecessary technologies. Every one knows that Honda unicorn beat the pulsar on all fronts including top speed , enjine, gearbox, bulquality and mileage (without DTSi, exhaustec and all that shit), but the “looks”. When TVS came with a much better looking bike than the pulsar all these pulsarians claimed that it is definitely female. If you really want sound on HH bikes jsut remove the baffles in the silencer. Pulsar with its bullock hump like tank looks odd. Definitely male eh ? Then all male pulsar riders are gay.
If you go to any shop or website that where you can buy used bikes you will find that most of the bikes are pulsars and many of them just 1 to 2 years old ? If pulsar is such a good bike , why are its owners chucking it ?
