PVR Naraina Parking
This is how the PVR Naraina welcomes you when you park your car in their parking lot.
I have been noticing this freak show since months now. The same group of small kid beggars is present in this parking lot all the time. They target every single car that lands in this parking lot. Just sticks to the window until someone either curses them away or gives them some money.
If you give money to one of these kids, others would come running towards your car. And you would in fact be called a biased person for showing your generosity on just one of the beggars.
If you look at the photo closely, you would notice that a police station is located in the same complex. And I remember reading in newspapers that you can be fined for giving money to beggars on Delhi roads.
Now, can someone explain to me what the hell is wrong with the PVR Naraina management that they let this crap show running on their premises?
