I have two lines of Airtel in my home. One of them is down since a week. And Airtel guys still have not find the time to send someone who can fix it for me.
The latest promised time is tomorrow evening 5 pm. Whatever happened to their promises of solutions in 4 hours?
The sadness is that the only alternative is BSNL. A company with absolutely zilch customer support program.

sir, i have 6610i model handset which i am useing , this hand set does not give any responce .i am trying to procced the airtel live,but there is no any responce. tell me solution about this , and what type of requirement & software to use. i have attached dku-5 datacable with myv hand set.
