ChiHost: My experience



In short…

ChiHost: Worked fine. I had issues with their bandwidth limitations. So, I decided to move on. Had some issues, sent some support queries. Got no response. After 3 days, realized that they just like that changed the support mail id from [support@chihost.com] to [help@chihost.com] without informing it to their customers! Reason? They were receiving too much spam on the original mail id.

Brilliant. They sell us hosting with features like ‘Anti-Spamming Utilities’ but they themselves are unable to handle it!

    reason for the long delay is that your payment was not cleared in your bank yet and took about 5 days to clear into our bank.

    And as for the refund, that has been sent to you in 15days, the same way it came to us is the same way it needs to go back. for you have to wait for the funds to transfer

    Ok. I forgot to update this post. My mistake. I got my refund after like 3 weeks. But I got it promptly after I sent Ivan a reminder. :)
