All 3 PMs of India: Shashtri ji, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were the people, who went against US pressure and took steps against US threats. they died in mysterious conditions. May be we are not seeing one hidden layer. As far as Indira ji is concerned, I think she was the best PM.
