Government and the Indian Supreme Court

It’s damn interesting to see that the Supreme Court has been the one taking all the right decisions and helping removing the tip of the iceberg full of mess we have around us.

They managed to fix most of the problems in Delhi related to traffic and pollution by forcing the government to take some serious decisions. And they managed to save the Taj Mahal from corrupt politicians in the UP.

However, now the government is being more smart. They are using their powers to create laws to bind Supreme Court to follow what they decide.

If the law is made to fcuk the people of the country, Supreme Court would have no right but to let it happen.

A law has been passed which stops the demolition drive in Delhi, which was helping removing the illegal constructions in the city. And now the Indian government is considering establishing a law to enforce the reservation concept they have in mind.

People are protesting against this move. And the funny thing is that they elected the ******** and sent them to the Indian parliament. And now they are being screwed. And if the law is indeed passed, what would we the general public be able to do?

We do know that protesting rarely works around here! And funny thing is that these protests got us the independence…

Here is an idea. Visit your local MP or MLA. Tell him that he can forget getting elected in the next elections if something of this sort indeed happens. Tell him that he can forget to live a peaceful life if the illogical steps are taken by the government.

And make sure he is booted out of the parliament or the assembly the next time elections come.

You really feel the others ( the next choice) are going to be any better than this lot that we have? They will serve us the same shit in a new platter !!

Dude, you raised a very valid point here.

For example, 43% of the people polled for Madam ji in Rae. This means that she didn’t have the mandate for the rest 57%. THe majority don’t support her. What does it mean?

We need to go out and vote. If we want to have the nation the way we want it to be, WE NEED TO VOTE. Expect some write up soon on this. We need to get in the accountability factor soon.
