Web Services



You gotta love web services. They run from the web browser and do not have any relationship with what operating system or applications you use offline.

You realize the fact that when you have to reinstall your operating system and setup all the applications you use on a regular basis. Most does not have a restore setting to get you to the stage you were before everything went kaput.

A good reason why the future of computing would perhaps require a big contribution from the internet based services. Maybe I should start using Writely for my documentation needs!
