This is what Windows Live Messenger Beta looks like now. Apparently, they are tempting the XP users with the Vista like look. However, Vista IMO was more to be about a new file system and tons of other features, which would probably not make it at the launch. Sadness.

Microsoft must be too desperate to gain revenues from online advertisement. They are now allowing Yahoo! to run their Yahoo!
Windows Live Hotmail fails to identify this mail as SPAM!

hi… i downloaded the Live Messenger, but can’t log in. But I can log in into the older MSN 7.5 though with the same username/password.
Was there something special that u need to do? … sorry for bothering you though.. but i really wanted to give it a try

no idea. it’s a public beta now. should work… check firewall settings i guess.
